The Plastics Industry in Central Massachusetts (for the City of Leominster).

This study defines specific policy steps that might be taken to support the plastics industry, which is one of the key economic sectors in north central Massachusetts. One focus is the feasibility of a proposal to create a "plastics technology center" to serve the region.
